Gilbey’s Meeting Room / Boardroom holds up to 12 people.  This is a stylish, comfortable and well-equipped private room on the first floor with two windows overlooking the beautiful High Street of Eton. 

Half Day (am or pm) price per Delegate – £20.00 (minimum total charge: £120)

Full Day price per Delegate – £40.00 (minimum total charge: £240)

The Gallery Meeting Room

The Gallery is ideal for meetings of up to 24 people. The glass doors lead onto its own  private courtyard garden. This is a fabulous space.  

Half Day (am or pm) price per Delegate – £20.00 (minimum total charge: £240)

Full Day price per Delegate – £40.00 (minimum total charge: £480)

 

These prices are inclusive of VAT and include the following:

  • 4 Hour (½ day) / 8 Hour (full day) use of the Private Meeting Room / Boardroom
  • Powerpoint Connection for laptops to link up with 42″ High Performance HD 5:1 LED flatscreen TV (Upstairs only)
  • Wi-Fi 
  • Flipchart
  • Projector & Screen on request
  • Still/Sparkling Belu mineral water 
  • Coffee / Tea with biscuits 
  • Air Conditioning

Lunch is available downstairs in our restaurant. Current menus are available here. Alternatively, we can arrange a cold ‘Working Lunch’ for you in the Meeting Room. There is also a Breakfast Menu for groups of 12 or more. Please contact us for more details and we will be delighted to help.
