Gilbey's Meeting Room / Boardroom is a stylish, comfortable and well-equipped private room on the first floor with two windows overlooking the beautiful High Street of Eton. It can accommodate a minimum of 6 delegates and a maximum of 16. n.b. For Breakfast Meetings with our delicious Full English Breakfast Menu the minimum is 12 delegates.
Half Day (am or pm) price per Delegate - £15.00
Full Day price per Delegate - £30.00
This price is inclusive of VAT and includes the following:
- 4 Hour (½ day) / 8 Hour (full day) use of the Private Meeting Room / Boardroom
- Powerpoint Connection for laptops to link up with 42" High Performance HD 5:1 LED flatscreen TV
- Wi-Fi
- Notepads, pens and flipchart
- Still Hildon mineral water (½ bottle per delegate for ½ day; large bottle per delegate for full day)
- Coffee / Tea with Gilbey's flapjacks / biscuits (1 serving per delegate for ½ day; 2 servings per delegate for full day)
Lunch is available downstairs in our restaurant. Current menus are available here. Alternatively, we can arrange a cold 'Working Lunch' for you in the Meeting Room. There is also a Breakfast Menu for groups of 12 or more. Please contact us for more details and we will be delighted to help.
